, is seeking a highly-qualified Security Engineer to join our project located in Seaside, CA.
The Security Engineer will lead an effort to use cyberhardening software tools to manage and direct remediation of vulnerabilities in customer software.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Experience in at least one of Fortify, Sonatype, WebInspect, or Burp Suite CISSP or CASP certification Minimum 2 years cybersecurity experience Must be a US citizen and have a Secret clearance Excellent communication and analytical skills Qualifications Desired:
Fortify, Sonatype, WebInspect, or Burp Suite experience Software vulnerability knowledge Microsoft, Linux, Java, C+
or CEH certification Strong technical writing skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Build, configure, and install the cyberhardening tools Create and maintain SOPs for Fortify, Sonatype, WebInspect, Burp Suite, and Software Security Center Maintain schedule and perform quarterly scans of web sites using specified tools as directed Review scan results and resultant application POA&Ms Establish an application release process.
Physical Demands:
While performing duties of the job, incumbent will be exposed to Normal demands associated with an office environment.
Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
This position requires incumbent to have the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
