SAS Developer

Our company is looking for a SAS Developer to join our team in Seaside, CA, and current clearance is preferred.
This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens may apply.
The SAS Developer will join DeVine, based at a leading identity management site for our Government client.
The successful hire will be a major contributor to configuring and establishing our client's SAS infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Develop a scalable SAS Analytics Platform and assure support for products installed on the platform Create infrastructure & working environments for various customer engagements that will be utilizing the SAS platform Lead efforts in developing policies and procedures for ensuring optimal operability of the environment Conduct reviews and define strategies for configuring and implementation SAS Application Tools that best meet the customer requirements and environment Provide recommendations and assistance to researchers and analysts who are exploring and utilizing the latest SAS Analytics capabilities Work with customers to understand and define project security, data, and operational requirements Requirements:

years of hands-on experience as a SAS Developer working with SAS products preferred Expertise in creating & implementing new SAS infrastructures Experience with different SAS servers and troubleshooting potential configuration problems Experience using a formal, software development lifecycle methodology General knowledge of Project Management concepts Effective technical writing skills Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis Current Public Trust clearance or higher preferred About the position:
